Paolo and Giorgia celebrated their dream wedding in Umbria in 2019, just before the pandemic swept through our lives. They were lucky enough to plan their wedding in the fall, on a beautiful sun-kissed October, and celebrate it with friends and family.
During 2020, many newlyweds saw their nuptials canceled or postponed to an uncertain date.

This couple had no doubts about which wedding photographer to choose. They came to us because they were familiar with our portfolio, knew how we work and were confident they would get a great photo and video service. These are special newlyweds: Paolo, in fact, is the brother of one of our staff members. You could say that this time we had fun playing at home!
The wedding day
Unlike most of the stories that we have told in the pages of our website of wedding photographers, this time the center of the scene is a traditional Italian wedding, in which we find respected all the symbols of the wedding: the wedding dress is strictly white, the ritual of throwing the bouquet, the bridesmaids with pastel-colored clothes that make a color contrast with the hairstyle of the bride, a cascade of red curls.

The time will return when we can embrace each other, without worrying about distances.
We will once again experience the exciting moment of the group photo, where the only fear is that we won’t all fit into the same shot.
There will still be a way to gather together, in one place, the people who matter, to go over every stage of our love story with them.
What’s the point of marriage, if not to bind forever two souls who cultivate common ambitions and goals, as well as a deep and unconditional love? Paolo and Giorgia’s souls are also similar in sports: while she is a runner, cyclist and swimmer, Paolo’s passion is triathlon.
On their most beautiful day, they chose to surround themselves with friends and family and take spontaneous photos of their wedding in Bevagna.
The morning of the wedding began with the preparation of the bride and groom: a moment of great emotion for everyone, played down by smiles and jokes suitable to dilute the emotion, turning it into pure fun. The karaoke, the selfie, the messages hanging along the path to the church, the bride’s Converse with bright blue details have helped to make the day unique: a wedding that will remain in the memories of the protagonists, thanks to the photos not posed, but born from moments of spontaneity and naturalness.
The idea of the original wedding tableau also struck a chord with guests: each table was dedicated to a writer, among the couple’s most beloved ones.
In the photos of the bride and groom outside, then, the wonderful contrast with the green of the vineyards turned the shots into a real romantic picture. Celebrating with a wedding dinner in a winery is a widespread desire among lovers of nature and bucolic life, which makes the experience of a wedding in a vineyard in Umbria something unique in the world. Especially in October, when slowly, the bright green of vines gives way to the warm colors of autumn.
The shots of the bride and groom walking down the tree-lined avenue remain among Paolo and Giorgia’s favorites, because they seem to bear witness to the beginning of a new journey together.
